Ngāti Rahiri Hapu o Te Ātiawa has appointed Signature Homes Taranaki to construct a Iwi housing project on an 809sqm site in Waitara. The development will include two 72sqm single-story standalone units and a duplex unit featuring two 62sqm homes. This project was completed in August 2025.
